These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eq33 ("eq33", "we", "us", "the Platform"). • You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on eq33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where eq33 identifies duplicate accounts registered by the same individual, all accounts other than the first verified account may be suspended and any balances across duplicate accounts forfeited. Players are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or account access with any other person. eq33 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

• eq33 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Players must provide valid identity documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
• eq33 accounts are for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• You must ensure all contact information in your account profile is accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number must be reported to eq33 support for verification before the update can be applied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

eq33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer channels. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. eq33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the current cashier terms and may vary by payment method.

eq33 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network outages, or technical issues outside the eq33 platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided for withdrawal are accurate. eq33 cannot be held liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or wallet address provided by the player.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

eq33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. General bonus rules applicable to all eq33 promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your eq33 account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. A bonus will not be credited if you do not meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.

• Registering more than one account in your own name, using another person's identity, or providing false information during registration or KYC verification at any point.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name, or attempting to deposit or withdraw funds on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to collude with other players, match-fix sporting events, or engage in any form of arbitrage or sure-bet strategy that exploits pricing discrepancies to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing eq33 via VPN, proxy, or any other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions, misrepresenting your location, or disguising the origin of your internet connection.

Account Suspension and Termination

eq33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where eq33 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; the account was opened using false information; the player is under 21 years of age; or account activity presents an unacceptable risk to eq33 or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, eq33 may forfeit the balance in full or in part. Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and no breach is identified, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

eq33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. eq33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the platform at their own risk.

In no event shall eq33, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other pecuniary loss, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if eq33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. eq33's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

Your use of the platform grants you no ownership rights in any eq33 content.

Changes to These Terms
